This page explains the offers presented on Popoto. You can request a quote or appointment without placing an order. No payment or subscription is made through the website's forms.
Limited-time offer · −300 €
The €300 discount applies to creation fees for Essential, Autonomy, Pro and Mobile, and to setup fees for Pro websites for larger organisations. It applies to quote requests received between 11 October at 7 pm and 14 October 2026 at 7 pm (Paris time). Monthly subscriptions are not discounted. Scope and the final price are confirmed in the quote.
Websites for individuals and small businesses
- Essential: build from €299 + €5.25/month hosting. Business website with up to 3 pages, mobile-friendly design, contact form and SEO basics. Fixed content supplied by the client. Changes are quoted separately.
- Autonomy: build from €499 + €5.25/month hosting. Website with up to 5 pages, text and photo administration, a blog and an introduction. New features are quoted separately.
- Pro: build from €899 + €19/month hosting and support. Editable content, analytics, catalogue or bookings according to the agreed scope. Any third-party subscriptions are specified in the quote and may cost extra.
- Simple Android and iOS app: build from €1,200 + €35/month support. Screens, features, publishing and recurring services are specified in the quote.
Applications and services for businesses
Business apps from €399/month, for all businesses: a web or mobile app, ERP, inventory management, internal service or SaaS as needed. Setup is included in the agreed plan. This plan covers an agreed scope; it is not unlimited development. The quote specifies deliverables, improvements, infrastructure costs and the commitment period.
Pro website for larger organisations from €149/month, with setup from €999. Creation, features and support are specified in the quote. The one-off creation prices on the homepage remain intended for small businesses.
Advice sessions bookable for up to two hours per week are for discussions and following up on requirements. They are not two included weekly development hours.
What is agreed before starting
- Pages, screens, features and content to produce, and materials to supply.
- Final price, initial and recurring costs, deadlines and payment terms.
- Delivery stages, schedule and acceptance criteria.
- Hosting, backups, maintenance and any third-party services.
- Commitment period, renewal, termination terms and transfer arrangements.
The quote and contractual terms are provided before acceptance. Work outside the agreed scope is priced before it is carried out. VAT is not charged while the business qualifies for the French VAT exemption scheme.
Development, support and handover
Apps are developed in stages, with discussions to agree priorities. Architecture, documentation and testing fit the project. If Popoto initiates the end of the service, the project's source code and documentation are handed over under the terms of the contract.
SEO basics cover the technical structure and agreed content. They do not guarantee a specific ranking in search engines or AI-generated answers.
Accessibility on request
Popoto offers accessible website creation on request, aiming for WCAG 2.2, Level AA. The quote defines the pages, features and content covered, acceptance criteria, keyboard and assistive technology tests, and planned fixes and deliverables. Client-supplied content and third-party services are considered within the scope. Using a technology alone does not imply certification or overall compliance.
